This beer is part of our hoppy series and is named after the Swedish royal Gustav Vasa (1496-1560). Gustav Vasa proclaimed himself protector of the realm in 1521 during Sweden’s war of liberation against Denmark. He has the oldest and one of the biggest cross-country ski race named after him: “Vasaloppet”. We’ve heard that Gustav was really into hazy IPAs.

Karl XII

This beer is part of our hoppy series and is named after the Swedish royal Karl XII (1682-1718). Karl was a skillful military leader and lead Sweden in wars against Denmark, Norway, Russia and Poland. Karl died on the battlefield during an attack on Norway in 1718. It’s rumored that Karl really enjoyed hazy IPAs.
