Fermenté avec du Philly Sour de Lallemand which is a yeast recently available on the market which both ferment the beer and make it sour at same time. It’s tolerant to hops which allow us to introduce hops in this beer before it’s sour which we think give a different flavour compared to many other hoppy sours.
